This short block was stripped down 40 years or so ago and sprayed with white lithium grease. 3914678 is the block casting number which was a one year run according to the internet and wide line on crankshaft is because it's a forged crank it has 4672 cast numbers on it as well. It has no heads, no flywheel, no balancer , no intake or distributor, there is the block, crank, rods pistons camshaft and lifters is what you get. It does turn over I put a flex plate on it and turned it to get crank numbers. Thanks
